Офіційно оголошуємо, що проект за підтримки Програма реінтеграції ветеранів IREXта «Асоціації психологічного консультування та травматерапії» Veteranius у співпраці з Razom for Ukraine проводить набір на навчальний курс Кібергерої!

Курс передбачає навчання кібербезпеки та основ програмування і допоможе ветеранам та ветеранкам набути вузькоспеціалізовані скіли, необхідні для першого працевлаштування в сфері кібербезпеки.

Приєднуйся, якщо ти:

ветеран / ветеранка або член родини загиблого;

маєш базовий рівень комп’ютерної грамотності;

маєш практичний досвід використання інтернету, а також бажаєш розвиватись в сфері ІТ.

Що тебе очікує на курсі:

індивідуально розроблена навчальна програма з кібербезпеки;

одні з найуспішніших в IT менторів;

досвід випускників, що пройшли навчання раніше;

розмовні клуби з англійської;

психологічні консультації;

Happy to be partners in an incredible social services project for veterans

This project has no analogues and offers career and social readaptation of veterans during COVID-19, which is accompanied by psychological counseling.

In fact, this is the first job in the IT business for veterans.

 

After returning to civilian life, it is difficult for veterans to find work and resocialize. They need help in receiving professional training, psychological support for readaptation in peaceful environment.

One of the options is to gain a new profession. The most promising and popular field in Ukraine is the IT sector. However, taking professional courses does not guarantee getting a job, the search for the first job can take months - companies do not want to hire people without experience. Therefore, this is a kind of vicious circle. Without experience, there is no job, and without a job, there is no experience.

The idea of our project is to give veterans their first job in an IT company and train them in working conditions with simultaneous readaptation and socialization, creating a combined team of veterans beginners in IT and experienced IT professionals.

A permanent job, friendly environment of "ours", as well as qualified continuous psychological support, help veterans to feel confidence, to gain necessary market skills, to succeed in a new profession. In the project we:

  • provide veterans with the necessary equipment for work

  • we teach programming in a real business environment with the support of mentors - experienced developers

  • we organize regular classes with counselors and psychotherapists

  • provide permanent job and further development in the field of IT.

Volunteers, veterans, patriotic IT business (BWN Group), American friends (Ukrainian-American NGO "Razom") and those who help veterans to keep a cool mind - Association of Psychological Counseling and Traumatherapy.

The work of the virtual office (Young Fighter Course) is supported by the International Fund "Vidrodzhennia" and the European Union in the framework of humanitarian initiative "Humanity and Mutual Assistance".

Internships and psychological rehabilitation of 12 veterans (Special Forces 12) became possible thanks to Veterans Reintegration Program, which is implemented by IREX with the support of the US State Department.

The work of Cisco Networking Academy instructors in training veterans of the CCNAv7 course (CISCO Special Unit) is conducted on a volunteer basis.

Funding for the work of the project assistant, accountant, promo and handouts comes from the funds of the NGO "Razom".

Several permanent mentors are funded by BWN Group, as well as by the personal funds of Yevhen Poremchuk and Liuba Shipovych.

The vast majority of mentors, curators of spoken English groups, counselors and communicators work on a volunteer basis.
